It is important that you read with your child everyday- sometimes they can read to you and other times you can read to them.
Join the library and take part in the summer reading challenge.
Read books on Bug club.
Keep a diary of the holiday and write about a key event or a special visit.
Practise number bonds to 10 and 20 and learn doubles and halves of numbers.
Learn the 2x, 5x and 10x tables.
Practise maths skills on Activelearn primary.

General Information
Homework is a fun way for you to be involved in your child’s learning. Please support them to complete their homework each week.
Your child will bring home their Learning Log, phonics homework and reading homework each week.
Homework is set on Friday and we expect it to be completed and returned by the following Wednesday.
Ensure your child brings their book bag with their reading book to school every day.
Please ensure that your child has the correct uniform and PE kit with appropriate footwear.
Ensure your child’s teacher and the school has up to date medical information. Any new medication must be taken to the school office to be recorded.
Your child will receive a piece of fruit each day and they have access to water throughout the day. If you would like your child to have milk please complete the forms and make payments to school at the start of each half term.
