World Book Day

Before the end of the last half term, Year 1 had a special visit from Mr Kendrick.

The children know him as one of the volunteers in Hedgehogs but were surprised to discover a musical side to him.

Mr Kendrick brought in some musical instruments, some which the children had never seen before and he explained the different types of instruments and sounds they make.

At the end of the session, we even had time for a Christmas sing a long.
